Telemedicine for care homes
The Immedicare service is built around Seven Care Elements, that have been designed to support the delivery of the Enhanced Health in Care Homes Framework Specification. This includes many of the Sub Domains which sit outside of the current Directed Enhanced Service (DES) specification.
