We were unable to get Tissue Viability specialist support and so we used Immedicare for advice. The nurses at the Digital Care Hub were very helpful and were able to give us the advice we needed which meant we did not need to ring for an ambulance.

The Gateway Care Home

Immedicare has without a doubt improved our care home, by improving response times and quality of early intervention for our residents. Telemedicine has built confidence within the staff team and has helped support relationships with visiting professionals, whilst reassuring residents and their families.

We find the technology easy to use and we’ve had plenty of training from our Relationship Manager, who has been very supportive. During April we avoided 14 hospital admissions by using the Immedicare service.

The Millings Residential Home

Being able to call the hub following a fall prevents residents from going to hospital, through the assessment and monitoring advice the Hub gives staff, such as doing 2-hour observations and to call back if needed. This empowers carers, as they are working with professionals, who all have the best interests of our lovely residents

Acacia Court

Recently we had a resident with an issue in the early hours of the morning; with Immedicare we were connected to a nurse instantly, we had a diagnosis and we had a district nurse at our care home within the hour. This saved our resident the distress of having to go to the hospital, possibly waiting for hours in A&E, and maybe an overnight stay in an unfamiliar hospital bed
