Recognising the Strongest Supplier Relationships with the NHS

Immedicare is proud to announce that our digitally delivered clinical service has been shortlisted for the Best Partnership Delivering Virtual Care at the 2026 HSJ Partnership Awards, which recognise outstanding dedication to improving healthcare and effective collaboration with the NHS. 

The HSJ Partnership Awards have become the most recognised and respected mark of the strongest relationships between suppliers and the NHS. Following the thorough judging process, Immedicare was included in 160+ organisations, projects and individuals that made the final shortlist amid 240+ entries logged for the 2026 awards programme.   

The 2026 awards judging panel was made up of a diverse range of highly influential and respected figures within the healthcare community, including; David Davis, Chief Clinical, Information Officer, London Ambulance Service NHS Trust, Maria Kane, Chief Executive, North Bristol NHS Trust, Louise Stead, Group CEO, Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust, Nina Khazaezadeh, Regional Chief Midwife for London, NHSE London, Peter Kelly, Regional Director and NHS Director of Public Health, Yorkshire and North East England, Office of Health Improvement and Disparities.

For over a decade, Immedicare has transformed how health and care is delivered to the people living in care homes across England. We provide 24/7 access to a Digital Care Hub staffed by experienced NHS clinicians – nurses, pharmacists, paramedics and healthcare support workers.

Immedicare is a partnership between Airedale NHS Foundation Trust and Involve Visual Collaboration, which has delivered measurable outcomes for residents, supported the workforce, and created system-wide resilience.

In 2024/25, 56,805 consultations with Immedicare’s Digital Care Hub from care homes has resulted in:

  • 90% of residents remained in care home
  • 52% resolved with no onward referral
  • 20,079 GP consultations saved
  • 3,615 emergency admissions avoided
  • 7,230 A&E attendances avoided
  • 29,641 bed days avoided

Which is an £18M+ annual system saving – £335 saving per consultation

Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 19th March 2026 at Evolution London. The event celebrates excellence in healthcare, promotes best practice, and recognises the people and projects improving outcomes for patients nationwide.
